You can find 30day shred at walmart for 10$... or try fitnessblender.com they have a gazillion great exercises at different levels and a great variety for FREE

I obviously know nothing about such things and would never do anything like this.... But you could check out www.4shared.com - allegedly Insanity is on there. I think you just need to register on the site (free).
