I am a college student with a lower budget. I would love some healthy meals that my picky fiance would eat with me!! I love to cook so anything will work just need help with ideas!

I too am a college student at this time and the budget is tight. I made this on Saturday and have been eating the leftovers all week. You don't need a spiralizer. I just shredded the sweet potato. I didn't get that special pepper. I used a boiled green pepper instead and added a few dashes of hot sauce. I did not add salt. Other than that I followed the directions. It looks funny but is delicious. Hope this helps.0 -
