In need of quick easy ways to get high amounts of protein without dragging in any fat. My goal is to hit 100grams a day and was wondering if anybody knows any vegetarian ways to get 20-25 grams of protein easy. It is too expensive to eat a whole pound of meat everyday and id rather save some animals...Any advice???

Tuna is protein only, a whole can can be about 22-25g Mini babybell light also has a lot of protein, as does cottage cheese and 0%greek yogurt, but you will be eating a small amount of fat with that too. Whey protein is also good in a shake as a meal replacement and would give you 25g of protein.

Eggs, fish, cheese, kale, quinoa, beans, lentils... yes, grains and veggies have protein also.

Low fat mozzarella string cheese, greek yogurt, tuna (once a week as per gov't recommendations to avoid mercury concerns), protein bars (My current indulgence is Robert Irvine crunch bars at 15g protein), Trader Joe's 7 grain sprouted bread (10g), whey protein mixed into homemade smoothies, eggs, beans, Morningstar chipotle spicy black bean burgers from Costco (17g).
