Hi!
So,i'm 36 and hoping to lose around a stone (at least).
Ever since my teens i have been 7st 7lb,until a few years ago.A combination of a mentally abusive relationship,start of depression,drinking nothing but Coca Cola,having a baby & developing sciatica (which can sometimes really limit my movement) caused the pounds to pile on and have a flabby belly/upper arms.
I've always been naturally slim and never had the need for exercise other than walking everywhere as i don't drive.I gave up Coca Cola a couple of years ago,and now i have decided i need to just get on do the whole exercise thing. I may die by the end of the week! lol
