hi everyone! I'm 5'4 and around 110 pounds, my goal is 100 pounds; I'm vegan as well, any weight loss tips?

I honestly think you're a perfect weight for your size, but people say the same to me and I don't agree. I'm 20, 5'2, and 228lbs. I think cardio would help.For me I Rollerblade morning for an hour. I use strave to keep track of how far I go and it's usually around 8 miles. It's a fun cardio
It doesn't feel like a workout until I'm done because it's so fun. I can feel the burn when I'm done and I'm always covered in sweat. Drink a lot of water! It will help lower your sodium level and flush things from your body. Hydration is very important! Eating right will always help.0 -

no, eat more and work on maybe gaining muscle so you look more "toned"
but eat more. 100lb is not reasonable for someone of that height.0
