Good day,

Yesterday was a very good day, I checked all the boxes and I am going to make it happen again today. Food tracked exercise started and got my 8 hours sleep. Staying focus.

Lets get healthy everyone :)

    That's absolutely the right attitude.

    I've been doing this for 14 months now. Everyday I have a list of goal behaviors to hit. Usually something like - track my food, stay within my calorie budget, get 10,000 steps, and an exercise goal.

    Hitting those goals day in and day out are building habits. When I hit my daily goals, the weight comes off. I focus on one day at a time.
