Second shift dieters..

I work second shift three nights a week, and whether I pack a lunch or eat a ton before work, when I get home at 10pm I am always starving... Any advice how to handle this?

When I work 2 to 1030 at my merchandise job in a theme park, I usually sleep in and then wait to eat before I go in and make sure it is high protein. Then I pack my lunch, between 450 and 500 calories and try to keep it higher protein, but it does have carbs in the bread or rice and veggies. Then I pack a quest bar to eat on the way home if I can't wait or eat when I get home. When I work, my fitbit usually adds a few 100 calories, so I have those if I want them. My goal is 1500 calories a day. I only get 1 lunch break, so no real chance to snack on short breaks. Hope this helps!0
