I have fibromyalgia, and my knees and back ache a lot. I bought 30 day shred, but it was taking a toll on me. I'm really considering buying zumba exhillerate, but I'm not sure if it will be better on my knees and back. If that's not a good choice, then what other workouts should I consider buying, and that will give me big results if I stay dedicated.

I'm not sure what programs you could get but swimming is very low-impact for joints and you can really burn a lot of calories doing it!0

I agree with swimming, I am waiting for an op on my ankle and its about the only thing that doesnt hurt. Try Zumba and see how you feel0

Anything with impact will cause you problems. I second swim great all over exercise no impact and burns a lot of calories0
