How do you stick to your sugar limit?

I would really be interested in learning how sugars are not natural. So far, no real answer. So tired of this! Added sugar just means more sugar is added to the sugar that was already there (or not there). I changed my sugar macro to fiber, which is much more important to me. Sugar (even added sugar) and salt (aka sodium) are the reason most foods taste good. Cut them out and you'll be pretty miserable. Sheesh, even carrots have sodium and sugar!0
