Distance runners who lift

Hi everyone - looking to connect with a few high volume runners who also lift. This running off season I made great progress (in terms of both strengths and aesthetics) as I lightened my running load to a maintenance level and upped my gym routine. August begins marathon training and I'm wondering what to do for maintaining and not falling back on my gym goals.
I'll be switching from a 6 day split to a three day push/pull/leg routine. Legs will be on hill or speed day and have a full recovery day the next day.
I think I'm most curious about your routines, general tips, and what you did about calories burned from running. I'm currently in the process of reverse dieting back up from .5g carbs/BW to be back at maintenance level by August.
