raw no salt shows up as 0 in sodium
boiled with no salt shows up with 100's in the sodium.

How can that be?

It doesn't seem to matter which boiled celery I choose either.

    If you're boiling it with no salt, why not just chose the raw amount that you put in the water? The nutritonals should be the same for a raw ingredient if you didn't add anything to the water.

    If you use salt, you could log the celery and the salt as separate entries.

    No but I have made it before and it is much nicer as a soup with courgettes, onions and button mushrooms!
