Lost my Fitbit Zip! :(

Hey guys. I bought a Fitbit Zip a while back and that tiny thing was not cheap. I've been super careful with it because I was afraid of losing it since it's so tiny but so expensive. Well, sure enough, I lost it. :( I looked everywhere and it's been missing since the 9th of this month. I heard that Fitbit can replace it for free, so I just emailed customer support to see if there's anything they could do. Has anyone who lost a Fitbit had any luck with this?? What if I don't have my receipt anymore? :(

    Have had several friends who have had a lost fitbit replaced free of charge. Good Luck

    Oh man, that sucks to have lost it! I haven't had to work with customer service yet, so I can't help you there, but you have my sincere sympathies. I'm not sure how I would feel if I lost my Flex! :(

    I didn't lose my Fitbit, but I did find their customer service to be very good.

    They replaced mine when I lost it. They have great customer service :)

    It is worth a shot even without receipt - maybe call too
