Hello from the San Fernando Valley, I am not new to MFP but just saying hello now. I've used MFP on and off for years. About a month before my 31st b-day I found out I have endometrial hyperplasia with atypia... basically abnormal cells in the lining of my uterus. Excess weight is a big contributor to that so it is time for me to get on track and evict these precancerous and cancerous cells out of my body. It'd be nice to have a better support system in this journey to lose weight. It's hard when a lot of people around me just don't get it.... anyway, feel free to to get a hold of me especially if you need and ear (or in this case an eye) and we can support each other on this road to better health
