Hey Everyone
I've been using the site for 48 days now. There are days when it is so easy because I'm not hungry at all, but there are days when I just can't stop myself from overeating
I've lost 3.2kg since the start, but at least 20 more has to go!
I started doing yoga every morning, it's just 10 minutes and only a few poses, but I feel good afterwards so I'm defo continuing yoga, maybe adding some extra and doing it also before going to bed!
I have a stationary bike that I use every now and then, but I have realized, I need more exercise if I want to keep up losing weight. So I'm going to use the bike every 2nd day for a good 20mins, slowly upping the minutes to a good 40.
In the meantime, I decided, I'll start going out and walk. I know I need to get out and move, but I can't run yet, so I'm choosing walking instead. Up&down our street is ~1.5km so that's going to be a good start
Weekends are going to be restdays, because we all need those
So my weekly plan looks like this:
M: walk 1.5-2km + yoga 2x
T: stat.bike 20mins + yoga 2x
W: walk 1.5-2km + yoga 2x
T: stat.bike 25mins + yoga 2x
F: walk 2km + yoga 2x
S: yoga 2x + rest day
S: yoga 2x + rest day
In the meanwhile I'm going to try to stick to my 1700cal/day limit which seems to be working so far.
I honestly believe this should help with my weight loss a LOT. Plus every new week I'm going to try and up the walking distance.
I'm really intent on losing at least a good 20kg and I hope to achieve my goal by the end of this year!
