Hello everyone! Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Jessica, I'm about to turn 19 on July 23rd, and my sleeve is set for August 12th. I recently started cracking down and preparing for surgery by starting my protein shakes.
My current weight is 314, and I am 5'6 1/2.
I am very excited as well as very nervous. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
