Was a little disappointed that this week the scale is not showing my weight loss. But.... I feel better, tighter and stronger especially my core muscles. While reflecting on my weekly work out routine this week I realized I had done a lot of weight lifting..... So really thinking I've added muscle mass..... But on the plus side I noticed my lower legs are looking fitter, so I tried on my tall boots today..... And...... They fit easy, last time I tried wearing them the tops were really tight my calves! So progress even though the scale is not my friend this week!
