Two questions. Is it safe to do a Pilates ab DVD everyday? Also any YouTube suggestions for arms that don't involve shoulders (hurts shoulder)
Thanks

If you're not sore from the DVD, i suppose it's ok to do daily. If you start to get reduced strength, or ab spasms, take a day off periodically.
Why just arm exercises? Most pros recommend doing a full-body program.0 -
Abs should be done about 3 times a week. But you can't tell your fat where to come off. If you are trying to do abs everyday to loose tummy fat, it won't work.
On women, the belly is one of the last places we keep out fat.. Boo. Abs are first found in the kitchen , then in the gym. What this means is that you have to bring your body fat down with healthy eating, cardio, weights. (Not to create abs, but to loose weight). Once you get down enough you will already notice abs because of the healthy lifestyle you have adopted. Then, it's just a matter of sculpting around 3 times a week.
And, why just arms? Try a full body rotation workout during the week. If your shoulder hurts after you workout arms, could be that the muscles are weak and need to be workout.. If it's an injury, seek medical attention and they can point you towards physio therapy.0
