New to this and need diet advice

Hi,

This is my first post and I am new to fitness pal. I have been watching what I eat for one week now. I don't understand the whole calories thing. The app has worked out that I need to have 1400 calories a day. Can anyone take a look at my diet and give me any tips or advice of what I should be eating instead and why or let me know if I'm on the right track. I currently weigh 64kg and my goal is to get to under the 60kg mark. I go to gym minimum of 3 days a week. Thanks

    It looks pretty good to me, I would try and ensure you eat all your calories including some of your exercise calories. :)
