Hi! I'm 48 and my posture sucks. Always has. Is it too late to correct it? What are some easy (uncomplicated) exercises I can do?

Unless you have an undiagnosed condition there's no reason you shouldn't be able to correct posture.

If you are over weight losing will help a lot, I'm just 32 but with relatively little exercise or conciuos effort my posture has improved dramatically after losing 50+lbs.

You may not need any posture specific exercises to correct what's out of line, I would recomend the basic heavy lifting movements always parroted (for good reason) on these forums. Squat deadlift overhead press etc. but if you are now badly out of shape posture wise I would definitely recomend seeing a coach or therapist familiar with correcting posture and the imbalances that can cause/result from poor posture.

OH this is me too!! I lost 60-70 lbs and gained half an inch in height just from my posture correcting itself with no real effort on my behalf.
