So my calorie goal for today is 2,060 and I have 1,411 calories left and I ate breakfast lunch and dinner already . Is it ok that I have that many calories left? Should I eat something ? I am using a shake as meal replacements by the way

And, no, 600 calories consumed is nowhere near enough for a 3 year old, never mind for an adult.0 -
One low day won't hurt you. You can use those extra calories over the weekend. But don't make a habit of it or it can cause serious damage to your body. Also, why not eat real food to fill those calories up?0
