Wanting friends to get fit with

Hey. :)

I don't seem to have much activity going on in my friends list on here, so feel free to add me if you're getting healthy.

I'm 20-years-old and focusing more on getting fit and building strength. I'm currently a 'normal' weight for my height, but have a high body fat percentage which I'm working on reducing. Then, I want to try and build some muscle. One of the big goals I have is I want to be able to do pull-ups, which I've never been able to do.

In September, I'll be back at university after taking an extended break to deal with some mental health issues. This is just as important to me as getting physically healthy. It'll be a challenge though, when I'm so busy with uni.

I'm also vegan and have been for several years. Only within the past few months have I slipped up with that, but I want to get back to following it more strictly, and I don't just do it for health reasons. Along with this, I'm trying to eat less processed foods and learn to cook healthier alternatives.

Honestly though, I know I've got much to learn still. But if anyone relates to any of this at all, you're more than welcome to add me on here.

    I suggest you check the message boards for other 20 year old vegan like yourself.

    There are several vegans/vegetarian MFP groups as well. Here is one link
