I started my journey about 2 months ago. I was doing great started crossfit was eating right just about daily made it to the gym. The last week and a half its been a free for all I've eaten more fast food in the last week and a half then I have in weeks befoe that. I am feeling very down and upset about it I feel like all my progress has just been lost. I know I will have to pick it up and just keep going but right now that sounds easier said than done. I know others out there are having this issue and it would be nice to know I'm not alone

As Scarlett O'Hara said, "After all, tomorrow is another day."

The past is past. What's important is what you do today and every "today" after this. You didn't lose progress because you can learn from what happened and figure out ways to avoid or mitigate those problems in the future.

Some people have a specific weight loss goal and are disappointed when they don't get there as fast as they had hoped. My goal is to have the best "today" I can have. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

    You can do it!

I'm feeling the same. It's been 7 months since checking in on here. It's been about that long since I really tried being comfortable in my own skin. I feel ya sister. But like seska422 and Scarlet said tomorrow is another day! WE can do this!

I think that some people have an all or nothing mindset -- strenuous gym work, stringent food plans.
Moderation works. Be kind to yourself. Make a decision to (1) always log food in the diary on good days and bad, and (2) eat at your calorie deficit that MFP sets for you. Start with setting your goals to 1/2 pound a week. See some success and then feel good about your progress. Later, after you get into a good pattern with your food, you can slowly add some exercise.

    What made you fall off?

You should probably think about what triggered this and try and build tolerance against it.
