Seaweed bacon

Knowing how folks around here feel about bacon I just had to share this. Apparantly there's a new superfood on the block. It's a red algae called dulse that apparantly tastes like bacon when fried but has "twice the nutritional value of kale". Anyone ever tried dulse? I'd be interested to hear any thoughts

I'll have to pass on that one. There's no better way to ruin perfectly good food than by frying it. Seaweed, fine. Greasy mess, no.0
