Losing Weight too Fast?

I'm 5 feet 5 inches, starting at around 138-140 pounds, 21 years old, and trying to lose .5 lbs per week (about 1,450 calories per day)
The last two weeks I've been trying to eat within my calories and exercise, but the past week I've actually done so every single day. So I would say I've been trying to be serious about losing a little weight and becoming healthier for only a week.
But within the last two weeks I have lost 1.8 lbs, and that is with eating within my calories 10 of the days, and going over 6 of the days.
I feel like I'm losing it way too fast even though I'm eating back all of my exercises calories. Any tips or suggestions? I still have about 5-6 lbs until my planned goal, but I'm not sure if I should set to maintenance or what,

Yes. You can bump up your calories to maintenance and see how it goes for three weeks.0

I have lost 1 stone 2 pounds in two days less than a month! I was concerned about it especially as the last chunk of loss was huge but I think its just the way it happens. I may have several weeks of no loss now....0

Maybe I should wait longer and see before I move my calories to maintenance?0

I will keep eating to the goal set by the app (which just recalculated itself as I lost over 10lb). I think its personal preference when to up/drop your target weekly loss, whatever you are happy with0

Congrats on your loss!
Okay thanks0 -
Some of the weight lost could be water weight. You may want to wait to see how the next week or two goes before adjusting your calorie goal.0
