I have been needing some kind of sweet but not go over my calories any ideas

This is a wonderful topic! I'm always looking for ideas to keep my calories low, and I don' t want to stick with just fruits and diet jello. Having options can help keep you loyal to your diet.0

Berries and fro-yo are my go to. In the winter I like the low cal hot chocolates. 1 cup is usually about 40 cals.0

Lower calorie hot cocoa (usually kcups Café Escapes). I have ice cream cravings and one 100 calorie Skinny Cow chocolate truffle bar does the trick0
