5 week platue

I was doing good in the winter months, lost 50 pounds. All the sudden last month the scale won't move up or down past 230.
Tried everything, so no need to ask me if I've done this or that
Tried working out more,
less,
yes I do sweat while working out,
yes I do change my routine,
less calories,
more calories
yes I weigh my food,
yes I measure it in cups and tbsp,
The only thing I can think of is that I had to stop my birth control around this time
I just began another job, I work 60 hours a week, so I had to stop working out entirely for the time being until I can quit one (no, it is not an excuse, as an introvert people drain me especially with a new job)
I mean, right now I am not eating more than 1400 calories a day, and all my nutrients are stable.
Yes I do watch my sodium.
No I am not hungry.
No I do not eat junk food.
Does anyone have any other advice? I will begin only working 40 hours a week in Mid-October, so until then or until I get used to my jobs and hours I can return to working out.

Can you clarify the bolded... you weigh all your food/drink on a scale? Like you put a piece of chicken on a digital scale and it lets you know that chicken is 175 grams?

I, too, am having a difficult time with hitting the plateau. Did great during winter and spring, lost 7 at beginning of summer break and now I am stuck and VERY FRUSTRATED. Hoping to get answers or suggestions from the community. I go from wanting to just quit trying to adding more to my workout. Stuck!0

Which one is it? You weigh your food or you use cups and tbsp? Or are you saying you weigh solids and measure liquids?
Maybe you can open your diary for some more suggestions?

Unfortunately, to put it bluntly, you're eating more than you think you are.
Everyone thinks they are a special butterfly that magically cannot lose weight. But why would you want to have that excuse to not lose?
Dedicate 3 weeks to weighing, on a digital food scale, everything that you consume. Everything. The scale will move. Also, congrats on your 50lb loss! The small you get, the less your body needs to function, and the harder it is to lose weight. Keep going.0 -
Two thoughts:
1. I work a job 40-60 hrs. per week (this is one of those 60 hr. weeks, ugh), and I'm a FT grad school student (20-30 hrs. per week). I admit I miss some workouts, but usually do 3 per week. What helps is that I am a member of a gym that I can access 24/7 as needed with an electronic card. Sun. morning, I went in around 2:40am, for example.
2. Plateaus are misunderstood in a lot of ways, and most on MFP don't believe they even exist. This is contrary to my experience. I have had plateaus that lasted several months. The important thing is to assess whether you are really at a deficit. It sounds like you are doing pretty well determining you are, so then the challenge is not losing hope and giving up. That's tough... try to think of your end goal.0 -

So if you weren't eating calories back and now you're not exercising-you're eating too much.0 -
are you on a low carb diet by chance? Carbs are important for folks under a lot of stress ( 60 hour work week. Low calorie diet. Anxiety...all these things indicate there is a lot of stress going on.. The CICO rules don't work exactly the same for those under a lot of stress.
