Go a wee bit crazy on the weekends

Hi guys,
Am new to this calorie counting thing as well. I've been only doing it for 2-3 weeks now BUT only from Monday to Friday - then over the weekend I tend to drink the calories away and also do not log anything (mainly because I know I am over)
I haven't noticed any change yet, I don't really know how to set it up. I was doing 1200 calories a day but ended up around 1700 from exercise. But have changed that now to around 1500 as I hear that's the safest. I have read SO many articles on how to do this.
Anyway, is it pointless to be doing this only 5 days out of the 7 in a week?
Is 1500 a day ok with exercise and can I eat back those calories I burned off from exercise?
I am questioning myself because I have never done calorie counted before and have seen no change so wonder if I am doing it right...
Any advice would be MUCH appreciated

If you cancel it all out on those 2 days, then yes. Go ahead and log it, even if just on paper if you don't want it in your diary, so you can see what sort of numbers you are dealing with.Anyway, is it pointless to be doing this only 5 days out of the 7 in a week?0 -
