Losing podge and toning up, I've got 2 months, any tips?

Hi, I've got a beach holiday in August and I want to tone up as much as I can. Bum, tummy and thighs. Can anyone suggest some meals/snacks etc so I can make a diet plan? And exercises too :) Thanks! x

    Increase your protein intake (especially lean proteins), incorporate squats and lunges into your exercise routine, and lift heavy.
