hello!

Can anyone help me, perhaps I am doing it wrong.. I am finding it hard to find the right exercise to record in the database. There are so many food options I thought that exercise wouldn't be a problem!

Firstly: Bootcamp This is a franchise (like zumba) so I thought it'd be there but can't find it, what should I be searching for?

Secondly: Rock climbing ...This just doesn't exist in the database!

heeelp!

There are a lot of exercises that aren't in the database. You have 2 options: use a HRM and create your own Exercise (Exercise -> My Exercises) when you're doing your workouts. Or if you don't use a HRM, use an exercise in the database that's close to what you do and approximate the calories burned using that.

For things I can't find in the database I would just Google the activity and find calories burned on another site and manually enter that information here.

I found it worth investing in a HRM - the calories burnt for Tae Kwon Do on the database are at least a third more than I actually burnt. Saying that, the calories burnt for walking, are pretty much spot on for me.
