major weight loss

4 years ago I had gastric bypass. I started out at ~380 lbs, got down to 240, and have since gone back up to 260. I'm glad that I've lost weight and I feel so much better, but I still have at least 60 lbs I'd like to lose. I've had an abdominoplasty since losing much of that weight, to get rid of excess skin from my lower stomach. However, I still have lose skin everywhere else and I'm kind of afraid to lose more weight because it's just going to create more sagging skin. I can deal with being overweight, I have been for years, but I'm so self conscious of the saggy skin. It's to the point where I don't really want to lose more weight because I'm going to feel worse about my body, and I don't have the money for skin removal surgery if I do manage to hit my goal of under 200. (The abdominoplasty was mostly covered by insurance, but any other skin removal would be considered cosmetic). I need some help please. Has/is anyone else facing this struggle? I hate the way I look naked and I feel it is only going to get worse.
