I've always had a hard time losing weight. Last year I lost a total of 30lbs before I hit a plateau and got discouraged and ended up gaining it all back.
It's okay because I've learned a lot of things about myself and know that this time I can take it off and keep it off.

    Yes you can! great that you've done some inside work, figuring out" you" before embarking again... you're gonna make it just fine because you've done that.
