i 100% think it is very important to wash your fruits and vegetables before you cook them.

    I tend too, koomodevaran's right that the heat kills bacteria but you've gotta think about the fact that some of these crops get sprayed with pesticides, heating chemical compounds is never a nutritious idea, but we're just talking about a quick rinse here so why not.

    I don't wash what comes out of my garden. I figure our ancestors probably ate a lot of dirt. I also cook meat oven open flames because it's natural and stoves aren't.

    OP--did you mean being clean prior to eating? Then yes, I usually bathe prior to my first meal; not always though. I may start cleaning my eggs. Will this make them runny? Is it okay to fry the egg in the water or should I boil the water then fry the egg?

    if you collect them from the chicken, you don't even need refrigeration!!!

    Aha! Got it! So, the chicken is outside the refrigerator. This is making more sense. This eating clean thing is really quite simple. A few rules, a few no no's. Simple really.
