Second time around...

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for support, suggestions any help is greatly appreciated. My goal is to loose and 100lbs but I can't seem to stay on track. I've been trying for 4yrs but keep loosing and gaining the same 20lbs. 12yrs ago I lost 90lbs and kept it off for 3yrs since then I've gained 60lbs back and having the hardest time loosing weight this time.
