    If it works for you, and you have the money for it, good for you.
    But how are you going to learn to eat right when they provide food & you only get to cook once a day, and it
    sounds like they tell you what to do for that too?

    Thanks for your reply. I'm not looking for an opportunity to market, explain, or justify the program I've chosen. I am looking for others in the same program who would like to share ideas and tips.

    I just started the program last week, & am down 3lbs at my first weekly weigh-in. Are you still participating in the program?
