Okay, a little more info about you would be great, but here are the basics: weight loss is calories in vs calories out. If you are not losing, you eat more than you burn. That said, three weeks is not a lot of time and weight loss is not linear. Give it time. Also, is your diary open? We could have a look, see if you can tighten anything up? Again, the basics: measure everything on a digital scale, in grams. No 'cups', 'spoons', or 'pieces'. Don't eat more than half your exercise calories back as MFP tends to overestimate the burn. Good luck!
Edited to say: as expected it's all cups and spoons. Start actually weighing your food and you will see you consume much more than you think. You are probably eating just below maintenance now. Tidy up your weighing, eat a deficit, and you will lose0 -
I was on the program for nearly five weeks AND had a PT for four of those and didn't lose a pound. Then they came crashing off. Then I quit. Need to get started again and have been saying that for nearly three months.0

You need to give more information:
- what is your current weight
- how many pounds a week are you trying to lose
- what is your calorie deficit
- what is your calorie target
- what kind of workouts are you doing and their duration
- are you weighing all solid foods and measuring all liquids?

Slow and steady is better than nothing at all!

Looked at your diary
you are not weighing your food on a food scale
Everything is in cups
Start weighing your food on a scale You eat a lot more than you think
But you lost a pound so you are on your way0 -

10 pounds in a month may be too aggressive. 1 pound to 1.5 pounds per week is probably more realistic.
Your diary indicates that you do not weigh your food. It's very likely you eat far more calories than you think.
Make sure your calorie target is correct for your stats. Weigh your food and eat to that target. You can lose weight if you get your tracking nailed down.0 -
Thanks everybody, got some good suggestions.0
