Hi ladies & gents!!

I've been losing weight over the last 4 years & am finally (kind of!) happy with myself & my body! However that last half stone or so refuses to go!!

I am eating healthily, but have hit a plateau! I don't exercise religiously as I don't have time. I do a lot of walking & standing up in my job so I burn a lot of calories during the day but don't really have time to do much else as I'm shattered by the time I get home.

Is there anything else I can incorporate into my diet or routine to kick start a weight loss for me?

Thanks in advance xxx

I would say that you need to look less at how much you workout and more at how much you eat and how accurately you're tracking it.
