I'm on my 4th week of my weight loss journey. I usually do fitness boxing 30 mins 3 days a week and lift weights also 3 days a week. I have been losing some pounds the last few weeks and now my scale is not going down anymore and I feel that my arms are bigger now. Should I stop lifting weights and do more cardio or still do cardio and weight lifting altogether but increase my cardio? Food intake by the way is about 1200-1400 cal

Weight loss is not linear. So maybe you need to more time

But you also need to weigh all your food on a food scale and not use cups or spoons or serving sizes to be as accurate as possible in your logging.
When you do weigh EVERYTHING on your food scale than it just need some more time, it can be fluctuations (TOM days coming up) etc.

@polabearbote another thing to consider is where are you in your menstrual cycle? I gain weight both menstrually and at ovulation.

Use a measuring tape also, the scales don't tell nearly the whole story and you just "feeling" bigger doesn't mean you are. You are not bulking from weight lifting I can guarantee so if you enjoy it continue with it.

If you're eating at a caloric deficit, you won't gain any muscle by working them, you'll just help keep what you have. So if you are gaining muscle, you're not eating at a deficit. I use some weights but do mostly cardio so that I can lose fat and keep my puny muscles. lol

Weigh your foods and be as accurate as you can when preparing meals if you want to lose pounds off the scale.
