Trouble looking in the mirror

So not sure where to post this but for about the past year or so, I've realized I have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror. I mean, it's not ALL the time but slowly I've found myself trying to avoid looking at myself while brushing my teeth or washing my hands. I will keep my head down and try not to catch a glimpse of myself or my body in the mirror, I'll run out of the bathroom as fast as I can actually. But I don't have any terrible aversion to scrutinizing myself with no clothes on every other day and that's in front of a full length mirror.

I know it's messed up, but how messed up am I? Not sure if I need to see someone about this.

Sounds like you're creating a problem for a therapist to solve.

Match made in heaven if there ever was one.
