Depression and Disease

Hi guys,
I have had Ulcerative Colitis since I was 10, and at 11 had my colon removed and have had an ostomy bag on and off over the years but at 30 it had to be permanent because I'm on the brink of short bowel syndrome. When I was 32 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which explained my bowel issues over the years and other strange body issues. Now I'm 34, and am having pain on my arms and legs and am having cognitive and mood issues. I have a really hard time staying hydrated too now since I'm missing most of the bowel that absorbs water.
I've been soooo depressed that I can barely get out of bed sometimes. I've been eating so badly and don't really care. I know I could improve my health with this special MS diet called the Wahls Protocol, but have zero motivation. I have gotten up to 160lbs and am only 5'3. I've never gained weight like this and it's awful! It's making me feel even worse about my body when it's hard enough dealing with the ostomy and always being sick.
Has anyone else dealt with improving their health in spite of disease? I have an elliptical which I use here and there but anxiety is too high to go outside or to the gym.
Thanks and Jesus bless you.
