I have been trying to lose weight for years and I always put it off or fail miserable. I have 70 pounds I wanna lose, and I am super serious about it this time. It's only day two, and I've already messed up. I am over my calorie goal. I was so stressed out. I did very well this morning, then when dinner time rolled around I did pretty bad. Could use some motivation and support?

Part of the process is learning to handle the inevitable failures that come along with it. The best thing you can do is forgive yourself, look at it as learning experience, and return to your regularly scheduled calorie deficit.

Break it down into smaller goals! Don't think about SEVENTY! Think about... Five or maybe 10. Once you get started and get in your grove, it won't seem so daunting!
