Work Out Mats

I like to do in home work outs. I have carpet and what I hae been doing is working on in my kitchen because of the flooring but it doesn't give me enough space. I was thinking about buying a work out mat that will stay put and durable and at a reasonable price. I do a lot of T25 stuff and plan on purchasing Cize from Beachbody and would like to not mess up the carpet entirely. Thank you in advance!

Foam tiles! Great on your knees, protect the floor, pretty darn cheap. Like so. 6-9 of the EcoSoft tiles should be plenty of room for almost all fitness videos.0

+1
For a step up, if you have a dedicated space, horse stall mats. Normally 3'x6', 3/4" thick and heavy. Will protect from dropping weights and also cushy for plyo type stuff.0
