Hey, I'm Emily, 23 years old. I just had my second son in less than a year!
Naturally I accumulated a lot of extra fat and it's time to burn it off!
I used MFP when I was deployed and prepping for my wedding a few years ago so I know it helps, wish me luck!

I was 163 post my first child too. She 9 months now and I really couldn't control what I was eating until I stopped breast feeding @ 4 months so I been on a mission since then. I'm 11 pounds Down maybe one pound a week. I would like to increase that to two a week do I'm 1300 a day. My goal is 140. Good luck and sure is a whole different ball game post pregnancy!0
