Recently diagnosed with Aortic Regurgitation, want to lose weight to reduce workload on heart. Linked with Jawbone UP and MapMyRide (may switch to one of the other MapMy apps, as I haven't been riding bike much lately.)
Current weight has been ~245 for several years, so slight increase in activity and slight decrease in food should be fairly easy to do. I have actually been tracking my weight with the Hacker's Diet http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/ for several years, off and on.
(I am currently on enforced rest for the next couple days, due to having Heart Catheterization to check for any other issues. All good, except for the leaky valve…)
