It is easy to not pat ourselves on the back for our accomplishments. Some days for me it is just going to the gym for a weak workout instead of skipping.

So I hope you can share something good. Something to motivate your MFP buddies.

What you got?


For me.... A year and a half ago 125 lbs heavier. An active life was a silly dream. Now it is reality.

Today was a challenge day. I rested up and got a little more sleep and pushed for a personal best bike ride. As a side benefit this long ride burned 3500 calories! Just how much pizza is the question!!

It was!! 19.7 mph is fast for me to go 40 miles... And the proof.
