I have one piece of Hershey's Bliss Dark Chocolate. It's only 35 calories and it's very satisfying. I let it dissolve slowly in my mouth so that I get the full flavor impact.0

After dinner mints used to be a thing or maybe mint candies/lifesavers? I'm not sure if they'd satisfy a sweet craving or not but the calories are minimal.
Personally, I just cut out the daily sweets to get rid of the sugar cravings altogether. I'm much happier choosing to have a dessert when the occasion calls for it instead of needing/wanting sweets everyday to be happy/satisfied.0 -
Well, what I do is eat something I enjoy, figure out how many calories I will use for it, and log it. I always keep at least 200 calories for an evening snack.0

I eat what I want to eat.
Had half a chocolate cake today. Regrets? None.0 -
