Dislocated knee and pyhsio help?!?

Hi,
I dislocated my knee and got the splint taken off 3weeks ago, my doctor told me I will be having a letter about a physiotherapist very soon.
I have only just got the letter and the appointment is 4weeks away...
Does anybody know what it will involve and whether there is much point in going as it seems along time since my dislocation...
Help advice?? Thanks

Hey! I'd contact the Physio department and tell them your concerned it's such a long time away! I'd go because they'll teach you how to strengthen around the knee to keep it strong and stable for stopping it happening again
