Crazy odds, but I'm less than 10 pounds away from "normal" weight. Husband is now less than 15 pounds away, and depending upon the results of a blood test yesterday, his daily oral Diabetes medication will either be cut in half, or eliminated.

For everyone here who is changing their lives by choosing to eat healthy, keep on doing it because WE ARE THE LESS THAN 1%!!!!!

Sounds about right, but thankfully "chance" is irrelevant to those of us that choose to commit ourselves to healthy living.
