Hello! My name is Alex and I'm a 22 year old who has made a goal of taking back control of her body. Long story short is that I was overweight for a long time, but when I went to college I dropped a lot of it due to stress and no appetite.
Years later I am in a healthy weight on the higher end still but I wanted to start managing what I eat more so that I neither starve nor gain a ton of weight. I'm currently 155 with a goal somewhere between 125 and 135 with my height being about 5'7.
Honestly my main reason for losing weight and working out is because of my love of Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga. I want to be able to put my max effort into them so that requires me to focus on myself. Nice to meet everyone!
