Help Me Reach my Goal!

Hey, Im Shantel and I've always had this app but barely ever use it until now that i am committing for sure. I just need some friends on this so i can stay motivated and keep control over my body.

I'm not an active person. The most i do is my regular workout of squats, planks, crunches (other stuff that i don't know the names of haha) and 30 minutes of walking.

My method of losing weight is considered starving ( no judgment) for most people but i just think i burn about half i eat and its worked well for me!

My goal is to lose 30 lbs btw.
