does the stationary bike give you a speed and or heart read out? if so use that with the biked X min at Y MPH..

I use the stationary bike option. Though I thought there was a spinning option...I haven't done it in a long time.

I just did a spin class, and there was a spinning option to add. Not sure why you can't find it, but it's there.
